Here at Let's Talk Cake we would be thrilled to be a part of your special day and create a delicious cake that will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests. My name is Julie and I specialise in creating modern wedding and celebration cakes in East and North Yorkshire.

All my cakes are made fresh from my home in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Each cake uses the finest ingredients and is exclusively created and baked to order for you.
Homemade preserves made from, where possible, fruits from our garden are used for fillings.
My cakes are in tall tiers and using ganache as my primary medium. A textured or smooth finish with sharp or rough edges can be created. All paired with fresh, pressed or dried flowers, stencilling or a touch of
colour are amongst the options to coordinate with your theme.
From your initial enquiry we will discuss your date, venue, budget and ideal style. Using this information I will provide an initial, no obligation estimate.

"Morning Julie! I hope you're well. We're back to work now and almost recovered from the excitement of parties and travelling. Just a quick message while we wait on our professional photos of our stunning cake.
I finally got to try some of the lemon part of our cake last night and wow! We had to steal away a few pieces and refrigerate them as we had no time to eat them on the big day! We loved everything about both the chocolate (I had a tiny piece the following morning) and lemon. Our mum's both commented on how balanced with fruit the chocolate was and Lin's dad loved the lemon. And that white chocolate ganache, just wow!"
